Trip itinerary
The first day is a time for a gentle immersion into the island's rhythm and close contact with nature. We will visit the most beautiful, wild beaches of southern Fuerteventura, where you can take a break from everyday life and feel the power of nature.

The first day after arrival is meant for rest. The program is designed so that we visit unique beaches, perfect for relaxation and breathtaking views. We’ll first head to the southernmost part of the island – Moro Jable, home to a lighthouse, vast sandy dunes, and the ocean. The beach stretches for 22 km, with one bay flowing seamlessly into the next, seemingly endless. You can find a quiet, secluded spot and enjoy the silence – just the wind and the sound of the waves, helping you feel truly connected to nature. After relaxing on this magnificent beach, we’ll visit a place where the elements reign – Cofete Beach. This extraordinary location allows you to feel the raw power of nature: the wind, the waves, and the isolation from the noisy world. We’ll also visit a residence that during World War II was rumored to be Hitler’s secret hideout, complete with a spot for a submarine to surface. There are only two beaches in the program – but believe me, you’ve never seen anything like them. They are endless and allow you to resonate in perfect harmony with nature.
The second day combines history, nature, and unique places that shape the identity of Fuerteventura. We will visit the island’s oldest capital, see the sacred Mount Tindaya, and experience the raw beauty of volcanic landscapes.

We will visit the center of Spanish history in the Canary Islands – the place where the struggle between civilization and indigenous culture began. Betancuria, the first capital since 1409, breathes the spirit of the first Spanish conquerors of the 15th century. This is a significant place for the entire Canary archipelago, gathering historical experiences and offering several interesting sites to explore, including the oldest church and an archaeological museum. We will glance at the sacred mountain Tindaya, which is forbidden to climb. In the evening, we may play a board game of the same name, designed by a Spanish game creator. Next, we’ll explore the volcanic landscape, the very origin of the island. Each of the Canary Islands is unique in its own way, but they all share a volcanic origin. On Fuerteventura, unlike Lanzarote where volcanic areas are protected and access is limited, you can freely walk and climb on every volcano – except the sacred Tindaya. The program includes an ascent of the most accessible and popular volcano, but we won’t stop there. We'll also climb lesser-known volcanic formations, with no marked or paved paths, allowing you to feel like a true explorer. After hiking the volcanoes, we’ll visit Corralejo Beach. Those interested can take windsurfing lessons. The day will end with a visit to Popcorn Beach.
A day full of breathtaking landscapes – from ancient volcanoes and hidden caves to extraordinary views of the island. We will also discover famous works of architecture and art created out of love for nature.

We’ll begin by visiting one of the most iconic places on the island – the ancient volcano La Corona, which erupted in the past. Then we’ll walk around its surroundings, visit an aloe plantation, and enjoy beautiful views of the nearby small island, La Graciosa. At one of César Manrique’s many creations, Mirador del Río, we’ll enjoy a cup of coffee. The next stop will be the incredible Cueva de los Verdes, a cave with bottomless inner lakes. After lunch, and for the rest of the day, we’ll have free time to relax on the beach and swim in the cool waters of the Atlantic Ocean. We’ll spend the night in a cozy house with all amenities.
We will explore the work of César Manrique, be amazed by a unique cactus garden, and end the day relaxing by the ocean.

We’ll start the day with a delicious breakfast and coffee. The first place we’ll visit is a true work of art – the house of the famous César Manrique (Fundación César Manrique), the architect of the entire island. César combined the imagination of an artist with natural forms, creating an extraordinary architectural ensemble of lava fields and comfortable living spaces. The house-museum still preserves the spirit of the creator himself. After that, architecture and art will give way to nature – we’ll visit a cactus garden featuring species from around the world. It's an incredible place, perfect for meditation. One could spend hours admiring the bizarre shapes of these spiky creations. At the end of the day, we’ll once again visit the nearest beach to relax.
A day entirely devoted to the fascinating phenomena of nature – volcanoes, hot earth, and the forces of nature. In addition to stunning landscapes, we’ll enjoy a culinary surprise – a meal cooked using volcanic steam.

The morning of a new day will bring us a visit to a scientific site – the volcanology museum. During our stay on the island, we’ll gather many questions about this fascinating natural phenomenon – volcanic eruptions, which not only destroy but also create beautiful, livable islands. We’ll learn all about this and much more at the volcanology museum. The highlight of today will be a place unlike any other on Earth – the Timanfaya National Park. It’s a landscape of lava fields, volcanoes, and the El Diablo restaurant, created by the brilliant architect César Manrique. We will also see a demonstration where the volcano emits steam from water poured into it. At the restaurant, it’s possible to try dishes cooked using volcanic steam.
The final day is dedicated to relaxation, local flavors, and discovering the island’s extraordinary everyday life. Beaches, wine, sea salt, and a peaceful end to the adventure.

The sixth day of our stay will be all about relaxation. There won’t be much walking – we’ll travel by car, sunbathe on the beach, swim, and also enjoy a tasting of Malvasia wine, made from local grapes. Sunbathing on a unique black sand beach – could anything be more exotic? Visiting one of the places where seawater is evaporated to leave behind table salt may be a fascinating and interesting experience. We’ll also enjoy a wine tasting at a local vineyard.

What our travelers say
My husband and I were invited on a trip to Zakopane to see the mountain lake Morskie Oko. Zakopane is a Polish town nestled at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. I'd especially like to mention our guide, Oleg, who perfectly planned the itinerary and booked our accommodations in advance.
An unforgettable winter walk in the mountains on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic! It was an ordinary winter in the valleys, but as soon as we climbed higher, we entered a true fairytale. This view has stayed with me forever.
My coolest adventure with Bright Mountain Adventures was the August trek to Spielmann in the Alps, as part of a five-day stay in the Austrian mountains. Everything was perfectly organized: comfortable transport, delicious snacks, clear safety rules, and a guide who cared for us like we were his own slightly lost and inexperienced mountain kids. What stayed with me the most was their approach to safety.
The first few kilometers were along a forest path, with a decent incline, but still without any real suffering. Fortunately, we had a great guide: Oleg—a navigator and a walking Wikipedia, who knew not only where to turn but also every interesting fact about the local landscapes. At the end of the trip—pleasant exhaustion, lots of photos, and a firm resolve: we had to do it again.
The guide planned the entire route from A to Z. Because I have a leg problem and couldn't walk much, he chose the shortest possible route for me. The views were simply stunning, and safety was paramount and a top priority. I'm very grateful to our guide. The trip was intense, full of beautiful places and "wow" views.
