Endless beach. Being alone with yourself. Being alone with nature and the world. Inner focus.
Our first trip to the 22-kilometer beach. We tune out external stimuli, civilization, and connect with nature in a secluded spot on the beach. My needs are there. I want to hear them. Understand them. Capture them and write them down.
Doing things by feeling rather than by reason.
CofeteObservation. Letting go of control. I am part of the universe. Focus on the universe, external focus. We can't control everything in life. Observation of the free, uncontrolled elements – wind, water.

Finding inner silence, disconnecting from the matrix.
We will use the powerful energy of the Fuerteventura ocean to wash away the tension of the outside world and, for the first time in a long time, truly hear our inner voice.
Morning: Tune Up and Reset
07:00 – 08:00 | Hatha Yoga: Awakening the Senses. We will begin the day with a hatha yoga practice. We will awaken the body to be ready to respond to needs through feelings, not through the head.
08:00 – 08:30 | Breakfast: First dose of energy. A light but nutritious breakfast.
08:30 – 09:30 | Circle of Needs (Gestalt practice). We begin with an introductory practice to identify what brought you here. We learn to articulate our desires and needs here and now, preparing for the main work of the day.
Inner Focus: Detox from the outside world.
The moment of truth: Saying goodbye to your device. Before leaving, we take the first and most important step: handing over your phones. This is your official, conscious exit from the external matrix. You no longer have to respond, react, or follow anyone else's schedule. You reclaim your right to be.
Practice: I'm all ears. We'll head to a secluded, 22-kilometer-long beach in southern Fuerteventura. It's a place where time slows down and the horizon seems endless.
With a pen and notebook, you head off into solitude for 30 minutes—alone with yourself and the ocean. Your sole task is to disconnect from the outside noise, civilization, and become "all ears."
Questions to yourself (through feelings): What do I really want in life? What doesn't work for me? What do I want to change? We seek answers not through logical constructs, but through the sensual responses of body and soul. Half an hour of quiet, relaxed being, free from other people's tasks, problems, just you and your needs. Then, free time for the beach.
Lunch at an authentic restaurant.
Outer Focus: Accepting What You Can't Control
Practice: Letting Go of Control (Cofete Beach) We move to the wild, mysterious Cofete Beach. This place has an incredible, almost mystical energy. Powerful elements of wind and water dominate here.
Task: We shift our focus from within to the outside world. We observe the force of the wind, the endless, uncontrollable movement of the ocean. We understand that we are only part of this universe and that it is impossible to control everything in life. Thirty minutes of contemplation, walking, and lying down. This is a powerful practice of Acceptance.
Day: Rest, Joy and Freedom
Free time: Regenerating energy. After deep inner work, we need a surge of joy and strength. Together we'll decide where to go: swimming and playing in the ocean or exploring Villa Winter. The goal: to allow ourselves freedom and do what brings us joy, here and now.
Evening: Grounding and Intimacy
Dinner and Introducing: A Circle of Intimacy. We enjoy a shared dinner that will meld our experiences. The evening is dedicated to getting to know each other: everyone will share their stories, creating an atmosphere of trust.
We return to the Circle of Needs for a final awareness. We will conclude the day with a relaxing sleep yoga practice that will help deeply ground all of today's discoveries and immerse both body and mind in restorative sleep.
Result of the day: You will feel the tension melt away, your focus will return inward, and for the first time you will hear clearly what your Soul desires.
Yoga. A complex of asanas for opening the muladhara.
Gestalt of practice: Circle of needs, sharing.
Visiting historical places:
Betankuria - the place where the history of Spanish civilization on the island begins.
Ajuy - amazing black sand, caves, good authentic food in a fisherman's restaurant.

Morning
• 07:00 – 08:00 | Hatha yoga practice aimed at activating the Muladhara chakra. These poses help strengthen a sense of stability and security, as Muladhara is associated with roots, earth, and physical resilience. The practice will begin with a warm-up, and the main block will include asanas aimed at activating a sense of stability and support.
•08:00 – 08:30 | Breakfast: Island Energy. Enjoy a light, nutritious breakfast that will prepare you for an emotional journey.
•08:30 Circle of Needs (Gestalt practice)
We'll talk about the Inner Adult. We'll understand the value it gives us. It's the one who plans, analyzes, and takes action. It's responsible for achieving our goals.
We will go to the heart of Spanish history in the Canary Islands, the place where the struggle between civilizations and cultures began. Betancuria It's the first capital of the [island/archipelago], founded in 1405. The spirit of the first Spanish conquistadors from the 15th century lives on here. It's a symbolic place for the entire Canary archipelago, accumulating a rich historical experience. There are several interesting places to visit, including the oldest church and an archaeological museum. We'll also get a glimpse of the sacred mountain of Tindaya, which is prohibited for climbing.
Next point – Ajuy, a unique place of power.
In Fuerteventura, known for its golden dunes, we will see coal-black sand! This sand is a direct descendant of volcanic lava and ancient sedimentary rocks.
Impression: The black sand and white foam of the ocean create a striking, dramatic contrast. Here, you'll feel the power of the element. It's worth diving into the water to feel the difference in temperature and the force of the waves lapping against the ancient stones.
Our main goal is the Ajuy Caves. To reach them, we'll take a scenic, stone trail along a cliffside. It's an easy yet breathtaking route.
As we approach the caves' entrance, you'll see that these aren't just empty spaces in the rock. These are ancient sea caves, carved by the waves over millions of years. Stepping inside, you'll feel the coolness, humidity, and incredible resonance of the ocean.
Fun fact: These caves once served as warehouses and shelters for pirates and smugglers. They were also the first port of call for expeditions arriving on the island in the 15th century!
The village of Ajuy itself is distinguished by its authenticity. It's a tiny fishing village, practically unchanged for centuries. There are no large hotels here, just a few cozy restaurants serving the freshest fish, caught literally that morning. We'll have lunch at one of these.
Here you can get a feel for how people lived in Fuerteventura before the arrival of tourism – simply, slowly and in harmony with the ocean.
The second half of the day is devoted to relaxation. We'll stay for the beach.
Evening - Pranayama (breathing exercises) aimed at calming down and meditation to activate Muladhara – the first chakra
Circle of needs (gestalt practice)
Meditation for meeting the inner child.
Anyone who wants to can share what happened. How old is the child? What were they feeling? Were their needs understood? Was there a lot of pain, or not?
Then, for the final exercise, we write a fairy tale from the perspective of our inner child. The theme is how they see the future. A fantastic saga about how anything is possible and how all plans, goals, and dreams are realized with the help of magical artifacts or helpers.

07:00 – 08:00 | Morning – Hatha Yoga practice, focused on activation Anahata chakra (heart), opening the heart. The practice will begin with three rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) variation one, and the main block will include poses (asanas) focused on opening the chest and spine. These asanas will help direct energy to the heart center and prepare to listen to the world with the heart.
08:00 – 08:30 | Breakfast: Island Energy. Enjoy a light, nutritious breakfast that will prepare you for your emotional journey.
8:30 AM Circle of Needs (Gestalt practice) and Encounter with Your Inner Child. We'll begin with a 20-minute guided meditation—this will be your first, personal encounter with your Inner Child. Find out what your Inner Child is like? How old is it? What emotions does it carry? Then, in the Circle of Trust, everyone will share their experiences. Together, we'll explore: What is their deepest need? Is it filled with more pain or joy? In difficult moments, I'll help you find support in your Inner Adult—the wise part of you, ready to protect and support.
Fairy Tales for Your Inner Child. Childhood Script: We'll recall your favorite childhood fairy tale. Why this one? We'll analyze its characters and plot to understand the life script you unconsciously adopted as a child and how it influences your life today.
You'll write your own fairy tale about the future from the perspective of your Inner Child. The theme: "Anything is possible!" Your child fantasizes about how every goal, dream, and plan comes true thanks to magical artifacts and fairy-tale helpers. You'll take home a ready-made, new, inspiring life scenario.
Midday: At Freedom Peak
Climbing: To the Summit, Above the Noise. We'll set off to climb the island's highest mountain. This isn't just a trek, but a symbolic ascent above the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the summit, a breathtaking view unfolds of the famous Cofete beach—a place of incredible, wild power and endless horizons. Here, at this height, you'll feel the energy of the Air and realize you can overcome any obstacle.
We spend the second half of the day on the beach to relax and be in harmony.
Dinner, Yoga and Final Circle. At the end of the day, we have a light, original Hatha Yoga practice with meditative music – heart chakra meditation. Afterwards, we will have dinner together. And at the very end, the final Sharing Circle. This time, we will share conscious needs and the first steps to meeting them.
Result of the day: You will emerge with a clear understanding of your true desires, a strong sense of inner support, and a new, positive scenario for the future, written with the ease and unlimited faith of your Inner Child.
That day, we'll head to Corralejo to learn to let go of control and embrace change through playful exploration. We'll try surfing and windsurfing, allowing ourselves to be awkward and enjoying the learning process. Falls won't be seen as failures, but as part of the fun and a path to inner freedom.
Next, we'll visit the dunes of Corralejo for a deep relaxation: we'll walk barefoot, simply gazing at the sky, allowing ourselves to be creative and present in the moment. This experience helps us release tension, feel joy, and replenish our energy and trust in the world. The day will end with a sense of renewal, a lightness of spirit, and the awareness that life is a fascinating game.

Let your child explore the world
Flow Day:
Achieving a state of "Flow" by playing with the elements. Allowing yourself to be awkward, learning, and allowing the fresh winds of change into your life.
We're heading to Corralejo—the capital of Fuerteventura's winds and waves. Today, we put aside all our adult "I can't" and "I can't." We're becoming students of the element!
We are about to immerse ourselves in the world surfing and windsurfingYou'll feel your body instinctively searching for balance on the board. Falling into the water—it's not a failure, it's part of the fun! Your Inner Child loves to learn, and this is where it will reveal itself in all its glory: courage, excitement, and the incredible joy of that first harnessed gust of wind or gliding down a wave. You'll feel your body fill with pure energy, and your mind free. This is your personal lesson: you can control the flow, even if it seems stronger than you!
Dunes - Infinite Sandbox
(Sensory focus: Warm, soft sand, endless horizon, silence.)
"After the 'sea battle,' we'll move on to a completely different dimension: the Corralejo Dunes (Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo). This is our huge, natural sandbox.
Walk barefoot across the dunes. Feel the soft, warm sand enveloping your feet. Take off your shoes, your watches. We'll wander aimlessly, letting the dunes guide us. Here, among the dunes, where the horizon blurs in the heat, all sense of control and urgency disappear.
Task: Find your own 'virgin' dune. Lie down on the sand and simply gaze at the sky. Allow yourself to do nothing. The Inner Child loves to create: roll if you want, draw symbols if you want, simply breathe if you want. This is a moment of deep relaxation and trust in the world, where you are part of an infinite, peaceful beauty. Here, in the silence of the sand, you will hear what new things your soul wants to let in.
Result of the Day: Activation of Joy
You will return with a feeling of vitality in your body and light in your soul. You have renewed your matrix by proving to yourself through play:
I am ready for something new, even if I am afraid of falling (surfing).
I can let go of control and enjoy the moment (dunes).
This day is the most powerful activator of joy and confidence that life is an endless, fascinating game!
The synthesis of the Inner Child and the Inner Adult. The Inner Adult takes the Child's dream and transforms it into a concrete, actionable plan.
We're moving from self-discovery to self-fulfillment. Today, we'll learn not only to dream but also to create a roadmap to fulfilling your most daring desires, using your newfound inner strength.

Discovering and transforming blocking beliefs (introjects) received from your Inner Parent. We'll rewrite the old rules that hold you back.
This day allowed you to hear your Inner Child. Today, we will address the part of the psyche that—though guided by good intentions—often suppresses this child and its desires. We will replace old prohibitions with new, supportive beliefs.
Morning: Diagnosis and Permission
Yoga, breakfast, and a circle of needs. We'll start the day with a routine and a determination of our current needs.
Practice: Removing the brakes.
This is the most important and profound work of the day. The goal is to recognize the "rules" and "don'ts" you unconsciously picked up from your parents (or other important adults) and which now, in adulthood, block your impulses, creativity, and success.
From a personal example to general understanding: I will share a personal example, showing how a given introject works, what effects it brings (benefits or harms), and how changing it changes lives.
Working with the Transformation Chart: You'll focus on challenging childhood experiences when your true Inner Child impulses were suppressed by your parents' reactions. We'll organize this experience using a powerful tool:
Old Blocking Belief ⇒ Current Limiting Outcome
Instead, a new supportive belief ⇒ a new liberating outcome.
Result: You will see that the wall that limits you is just old words, and you will receive a clear plan to dismantle it.
Relax on the beach: We'll end the day at the ocean's edge. The water will wash away any remaining tension, and the sand and sun will become your allies in grounding new, positive beliefs.
Evening: Socializing and relaxation
Evening | Sharing and relaxing yoga.
We will gather in the Circle of Trust to share our most important insights: which belief was the strongest and what new permission you gave yourself today.
The day will conclude with a relaxing yoga practice, allowing the body to integrate all awareness and safely establish new, supportive beliefs.
Outcome of the day: You will leave not only with awareness, but with a specific set of new, effective inner permissions that will allow your Inner Child and Inner Adult to function freely and in harmony.
Morning: Strategic Planning
Exercise: From Dream to Plan. Today's practice is the culmination of our journey. We combine the spontaneity of the Inner Child with the responsibility and structure of the Inner Adult.
Inspiring Example: I'll share my personal story of how a bold, seemingly impossible dream (e.g., climbing Ojos del Salado at age 38) was transformed into a clear, step-by-step action plan that made it a reality. This example will demonstrate that for the Inner Adult, there is no such thing as "impossible," only "not yet planned."
Your Transformation: You will choose the one, most important Dream that your Inner Child has given you.
Transformation: Then, as the Inner Adult, you will transform this fantasy into a clear, measurable Goal (following all the principles of effective goal setting).
Concrete Steps: Together, we'll outline the first, real, and concrete steps you need to take to get started on your journey to your goal. You'll leave with a ready-made action plan, not just a good mood!
Day: Grounded in History and Nature
A journey to the heart of the island.
After intensive inner work, we will ground ourselves in the history and culture of Fuerteventura:
•Betancuria: Visit Betancuria, the first capital of the Canary Islands. A place steeped in history and perseverance.
•Aloe and Salt Museum: We'll visit the aloe museum (a symbol of healing and resilience) and the unique Salt Museum, where we'll witness the evaporation process. This sensory experience allows us to appreciate the value of resources and the simplicity of natural processes.
Immersion and Action
Cave Expedition: Depths of Consciousness. We will journey deep into the island to explore its mysterious caves. This is a symbolic immersion: after clearing the superficial layers of consciousness (Parent blockages), we will descend into the depths where our resources and determination are stored. This is a metaphor for looking deep within ourselves to find the hidden strength to realize our plans.
Result of the day: You'll feel the powerful connection of the dreamer (Child) and the strategist (Adult). You'll return home not only inspired but also with a sense of control and confidence that all your dreams now have a clear, achievable path.
The final day is dedicated to relaxation, local flavors, and discovering the island’s extraordinary everyday life. Beaches, wine, sea salt, and a peaceful end to the adventure.

Corralejo Beaches: Liberation Day
After physical and emotional victory, we'll head to Corralejo to enjoy its most beautiful, vibrant beaches. It will be a celebration of your liberation. Baths, laughter, sun, relationships—filled with new energy and clarity, you return to the world to live according to your own, healthy principles.
Evening: Farewell and Activation of the Future
Farewell dinner and gratitude circle.
A final dinner and final circle, during which we will share not only our conclusions but also our gratitude – to the island, the group, and ourselves.
Meditation-activation.
A final practice to solidify all the new beliefs, goals, and permissions gained during these days. You return home completely renewed and ready to act from a position of inner strength, not reaction.
Result of the day: You take with you an invaluable tool for building healthy relationships and a strong belief in your ability to direct your own life instead of being a victim of circumstances.

What our travelers say
My husband and I were invited on a trip to Zakopane to see the mountain lake Morskie Oko. Zakopane is a Polish town nestled at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. I'd especially like to mention our guide, Oleg, who perfectly planned the itinerary and booked our accommodations in advance.
An unforgettable winter walk in the mountains on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic! It was an ordinary winter in the valleys, but as soon as we climbed higher, we entered a true fairytale. This view has stayed with me forever.
My coolest adventure with Bright Mountain Adventures was the August trek to Spielmann in the Alps, as part of a five-day stay in the Austrian mountains. Everything was perfectly organized: comfortable transport, delicious snacks, clear safety rules, and a guide who cared for us like we were his own slightly lost and inexperienced mountain kids. What stayed with me the most was their approach to safety.
The first few kilometers were along a forest path, with a decent incline, but still without any real suffering. Fortunately, we had a great guide: Oleg—a navigator and a walking Wikipedia, who knew not only where to turn but also every interesting fact about the local landscapes. At the end of the trip—pleasant exhaustion, lots of photos, and a firm resolve: we had to do it again.
The guide planned the entire route from A to Z. Because I have a leg problem and couldn't walk much, he chose the shortest possible route for me. The views were simply stunning, and safety was paramount and a top priority. I'm very grateful to our guide. The trip was intense, full of beautiful places and "wow" views.
